Its designer, Nguyen La Chanh, from Switzerland, says:

It’s perfect… I want one!!!
Just a question… don’t your feet get dirty after stepping on it? That might be a little uncomfortable.

I think the moss stays clean because it absorbs and feeds on dirt and moisture. I wont know for sure until I’ve tested one.
Just got to find a keen enough gardener who can make one for me
